Swipe · backswing and follow-through
- Hold your finger on the course, away from the controls. Leave room below your starting point.
- Pull down for the backswing, watching the power meter.
- Sweep up and release to take the shot. Keep your finger on the screen until you finish the upward motion.
Tap · three taps
- Tap the course to start the power meter.
- Tap again when the meter reaches the power you want.
- Tap a third time when the accuracy indicator is near the center to take the shot. Time the tap; you do not need to tap the indicator itself.
Open How to play during a round and use the swing-method button to switch between Trace (swipe) and Tap. Practice on the Range without adding strokes to your round. For putts, allow for slope.

A changing coast.
A fresh challenge.
Five coastal conditions bring new decisions to your round: stronger winds, clearing sea fog, brief showers, wet ground and low sunlight. Read the wind before you swing and allow for less bounce and roll on wet ground. Putting keeps its usual pace.
Weather progresses automatically after your first three completed nine-hole rounds, starting mild and reaching all five conditions after six. Spells build and ease gradually, with calmer holes between them. Later stages can pair compatible conditions; the sequence varies each round.
A tougher coast. A place to take a break. After twelve completed nine-hole rounds, occasional severe squalls become possible. Only at the peak of a severe squall, step through the clubhouse doors into the locker room for a brief, skippable visit. Advance to better weather without a real-time countdown, then return to the same shot with your ball, cards and score preserved. No stroke penalty; damp ground may remain.
Prefer a gentler round? Choose clear weather or hold your current weather difficulty when starting a new round. Coastal personal bests are recorded separately.

What is free, and what costs money?
The first three holes on Casual tees, three sample cards and the practice range stay free. A single US $4.99 in-app purchase unlocks the full game. Local prices vary. No ads or subscriptions.
Does the free trial expire?
No. Replay the same three free holes whenever you like. Buying the full game is optional.
Do I have to finish a round in one sitting?
No. Your round is saved on your device, so you can leave and return when you’re ready. Play solo at your own pace.
What makes another round different?
In the full game, changing wind and pin positions, a different three-card hand and four tee levels give you new decisions on the same nine-hole course. Cards are optional: play up to one per hole, or challenge yourself without them.
Which devices can I play on?
Play on compatible iPhone and iPad devices. The game is in English. Check the App Store listing for compatibility with your device and current download size.
Does the game collect my data?
The game has no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics, and does not send your saved progress to us. No player account is required. This website separately counts aggregate visits and App Store clicks. See our privacy policy for details.
How do I restore the full game?
Use the Apple Account that owns your purchase. In the game, open Full game, or during a round choose Help → Options → Purchases / Restore. An internet connection may be needed to verify ownership. Existing paid customers do not need to buy again.
